When renovating the house, it was important to me to maintain as much of the original layout and details as possible. It was also important to be able to provide a comfortable stay for all guests, so that each suite feels private and convenient, but still true to the historic spirit of the house. Suite 1 is located downstairs in the room that was once a study parlor, and the other three suites are all upstairs in the original family rooms. At one time there were four rooms upstairs, but the fourth room could only be accessed through the other rooms, so it was divided and transformed into the private bathrooms for suites 3 and 4.
